Wouldnt the NBA be a better product if ...

they got rid of at least 2 teams?

some of these teams are pure garbage I know it probably would never happen for money reasons,

but how does a team like the Wizards or Hornets make money thru out the year?
bobcats is another team who is trash. bobcats already got a 14 game losing streak, and hornets a 11... bad basketball all around

Arenas are always empty, players get paid way too much, doesnt even look like these teams try half the time.

Hornets 7 points in the 3rd quarter?

    I mean really?

I feel like the product would be a heck of a lot better if they did..
    or ideas
Maybe reducing the number of games in the season would get better effort.

I'd say alter the number of playoff teams getting in, could be a suggestion as well.

    maybe 3 divison winners..

and 2 wild cards who play a play in type game like mlb

Proberbly. It dilutes the talent when they add more teams. Always has, in any sport.

When Bill Russell played there were way less teams, so that means he had to go against the cream of the crop every game.

Right.. All the super stars already go and play with their buddies so the top teams are stacked anyway.

Before the year even starts you can maybe say 5 teams have a chance at winning the title each year.

Teams like the bobcats, hornets and wizards know they arent gonna make the playoffs before the year even starts
