do you make the same picks at different books?

Say youre pretty confident of a pick, do u make the same bet at different books?

    Why or why not?

This is the first year I'm line shopping, multiple books is a new concept to me.

I don't really see a point in doing so unless you maxed it out at one, or the line available now is better than what you bet at the other site.
I should be better about it, but I mainly stick to 1-2 books, and only go to the others for wagers on 2nd half TT or other stuff that some books don't have.

Also be careful, I could see it being really easy to bet $200 on it at 3 or 4 different sites, and then realize you've got almost 1k riding on that game.

If you can get the same price at multiple books (and its the top price in the market) it is handy to spread your bet around a bit too for the purposes of flying under the radar if you are a winner. That is say you want to bet $400 on a particular game you could fire in $200 at each book. Again needs to be the top price (or damn near to it) in the market.
