    Pinnacle almost always teaser protects, and yet here on GAMEDAY, they have held the line at -2.5 for all but about three minutes instead of going to -1 -130 or to -3 +115.

    Valid points LT Profits makes but you can get into alot of trouble thinking that Pinnacle lines are the sharpest but that just isnt the case anymore. Most people betting NFL there are asian whales and wtf do they know.

    It;s not a steal, -135 is closely equivalent to -2.5 -110. Note that the -3 is at +115, Bookmaker isn't giving anything away.

    Not at all because -2.5 IS the equivalent line everywhere, so it's not a pinny lean. Pinny almost never holds lines in the 1.5-2.5 window unless it is not too fearful of teasers. No books teaser protect more than pinny and 5 dimes.

    If the line lands on the 3 then the WASH teasers are losers. I don't think we can infer that Pinny not defending the teaser here means Wash +8.5 is a loser outside of the market price. I think it may just be an attempt to get people to buy a teaser which by game-time will be basically a tease OFF the 3 and over the 7.

    Precisely, you will pay an inflated price by "buying down to ML". The real ML is closer to reality, -2.5 -110 is roughly equivalent to -132.9.
