    Rudy,

    SBR sportsbook is a great book. Been around for years with no payout complaints on file.
    I will admit sometimes SBR BOOK has problems with one dept not communicating with the other.
    Trivia is rather new. And sbr may have taken on to much. But most likely its just a trivia processing issue.

    we talked to Sbr Sportsbook today. They said your trivia was reset @ 12:05 Pm.
    Just a simple processing issue. All books run into trivia processing issues. No reason to downgrade them because of this. If the problem persist please feel free to contact us again.
