Curious, how much money do you think is wagered on a game like.........

    Vermont at Harvard?

I'm surfing the upper channels on the cable, I stumble on this Vermont v. Harvard game on NBCSN (old Versus)
and I was wondering, just in Vegas, not offshore, how much money does this minor, who really cares about these two teams, November weeknight game generate?

    p.s. I looked it up, Harvard -5.5

Not much. Limits are too low on these small market games combined with no "public" interest or money. The only money on these matches is sharp advantage money if a number is off and when that does happen they can't get down too much anyhow. The only reason casinos probably even offer these games are to "mark" sharps or runners by seeing who is betting limits on off markets.

I'm curious how you live in Australia and are a Missouri Tigers fan. I went to school there.

Im on Harvard, and they need to step up their defense and free throws for them to have a chance. Regardless, should be an entertaining game.

When I was first getting into College Football I enjoyed watching Chase Daniel and the Mizzou team. Plus the logo is pretty cool.

That Mizzou team w/ Daniel, Maclin, and Coffman was awesome to watch.

I would say at least $15-20k per sportsbook. Lot of Vegas cappers, whales, and line movers bet on games like these.

I don't see why people don't bet these "off the beaten path" college basketball games. i understand the market is virtually non existent, but you can find plenty of information on the teams. The only real problem is injuries are sometimes slower to surface but still

I would rather bet these games than the marquee match ups. Put a bill on Catamounts and the points. Road dogs were barking tonight

Oh... I thought you might be this Australian guy who use to date my roommate in college. We don't get too many Australians in central Missouri. I don't think she ever told me his name. She moved to Australia with him last I heard. They were a fun team to watch. I got there at the right time.

I used to bet on Fairfield games a lot.

Vermont and Harvard are kind of popular for mid-majors.
