What was the final score in the Grey Cup?

I looked and their website said 34-14 with 20 seconds left. Calgary scored, went for 2, and it ended up 35-22?

From there, a 27-yard run from Kackert put the Argos on the door step, setting up a 7-yard touchdown pass from Ray to Durie in the flat to put the Argos ahead 34-14, on Ray’s second touchdown pass of the game.

The score capped off a three-play, 38-yard drive, opening up a 20-point lead with just 5:22 remaining.

Stampeders receiver Maurice Price added a late touchdown with 20 seconds left but it was of little meaning with the game out of hand.

    So how was it 35-22?

    The score was 34-14.

Toronto punts into Calgary endzone, Calgary takes a knee, toronto awarded 1 point.

    35-14

With 30 seconds left Calgary scores TD and 2 point conversion.

    35-22 final.

    And this answer is legitimate?

They get a point for that?

That's almost as stupid as the shit hels made up earlier in the thread.

Why Calgary went for 2 points is something I will never in my life understand.

As I said in the other thread, you wonder why coaches make such strange decisions. It was almost as if he wanted an Under..... why else would he go for 2?

    Makes no sense.

The only thing that doesn't make sense here is why Calgary went for a 2-pt conversion at end of game.

    Any theories?

Absent any logical reason I think it has to do with manipulating the result of the game total or 2h spread for betting purposes.

    CFL should investigate this.

    But they won't.

I've been warned before how rigged this league is.

Guess I learned my lesson here. First and last CFL bet ever. I figured the under 56 was going to be a push at worst.

Proline with their -144 odds still has their say.

Why their are so many retarded Canadians that bet Proline where you HAVE to bet a minimum 3 game parlay (no single bets) is beyond me.

If you bet point spread you are allowed to only bet 2 games (still no single bets) but the payout for 2 games is merely 100% if you win both. So you bet $100 and win 2 games, you cash your ticket and receive $200. Online books with odds of -110 you bet 100 and win 1 game you cash your ticket and receive $190.

    Proline is for retards.

When you punt and get a "touchback" the team who kicked it gets 1 pt
same with a missed fg if they don't bring it out of the endzone

Yeah, the CFL has games where even with the game not being winnable, the coaches always go for 2 at that point. I think a 2 point conversion has a bigger success % then the NFL equivalent.

I had an over for a game this year between Ham and Edmonton I think. Needed 1 point for the over (ep after td) and the team still went for 2 so it was the opposite, under hit because the 2 point was missed.

The extra point is called a rouge.
