    UNREAL! Depositing to 5Dimes - I'm so pissed I can't even explain how bad!

    This is too shitty that I had to post about it...
    So today in the morning I told 5Dimes support to provide me with an "easy" name that I can use to transfer funds to because ^^ this type of things might happen.

    Anyway, as you can see from the conversation, in the 2nd try, the name on file was
    ROWENA ESTRELLA MACAPAGAL
    Instead of
    ROWENA MACAPAGAL ESTRELLA

    So I called again to ** support and have the TWO last names switched.
    After that I got that conversation with 5Dimes support -> they can't resend it because it was sent 3 times already! LOL So it's been about 7 hours after my deposit. couldn't get it cleared and on my 5Dimes account due to error from names, and eventually when it seems that the name was Correctly written... I NEED TO CANCEL THE DEPOSIT ??????? ARE YOU penetrating KIDDING ME?????

    Had to bitch about it... really pissed going throw all of this and still... wasn't able to deposit. need to go to ** store tomorrow morning and cancel that shit... pissing me off.

    you do realize these westerly union recipients aren't employees of these books, right? in fact, the books don't even know who these "agents" are and certainly can't communicate with them directly.

    its not the books fault. its the CS REP at ** OR ** store you dealt with and mispelled the information. I make them show me the computer screen every time before the transaction goes through so shit like this never happens.

    Yes exactly.. this is unreal... I couldn't believe that they can't email / call 'em anything... It's really stupid. ( Just wonder what happens if one day those "agencies" run-away with the cash

    5dimes likes to piss people off, I stopped playing with them over a year ago

    I tried to deposit with Moneybookers and they didnt want my action, didnt even give a reason. All they said was `the wagering department is not interested in helping you with depositing`

    Im like what the hell does that mean, they said there is no way I can deposit with them, so I told them to close my fkn account and I will play at Pinny, they didnt have much to say after that lol

    main reason I am a "non-pro" bad exp too many times online/offshore. Sticking to a local. Although I miss the convenience of online. I might go back someday....
