Is there a way to make this a sure winner

    On bovada there's

SPECIALS - Will Notre Dame play Alabama in the BCS Championship game?
    12:00p
    Yes
    -150

    No
    +110

Can we parlay USC and UGA ml the next two weeks and put enough on "yes" to make this a sure winner.

not sure on your logic here, if you parlay usc/georgia that means they BOTH have to win. but for you to lose the yes bet only ONE of them have to win.

no, because again, parlays need both ends....if one of those loses the game won't be Bama Notre Dame but you would also lose your parlay
