    I'm going out on a limb here and saying whatever compensation given was customized for that player. Just as they have customized service. Just an educated guess.

    Situations like this make things right, but then you have so and so say they got such and such compensation. Then, you have the next person feel they were slighted, which causes more grief.

    It happens all the time with books. For example when Heritage went down during March Madness, their X mas give away.

    It is for sure per player. I got $100 with 5x but Ryan told me max cash out is 1k. Which is fine, due to state limits I'm a small timer to win $100 max better usually. BetIslands always does right by there customer.
