There's a few but most of them dont. Ive cashed or gotten close to cashing in quite a few. Takes 2 minutes of your time and usually have a chance to get a 50 or 100 amazon card sometimes more. Nothing to lose. I got a chance at the 500/300/200 card if i pick the superbowl winner.

Other than 5-6 posters who are not mods or owners no one posts here anymore. A lot of people play in contests so they make it harder to win. What they are telling you is if you want the contests to become easier you have to post else you are going to be taking longshots in the contests if you don't post. It's your call.

I rarely play the contest most of the time because of being busy w work, family etc. But do find it laughable that someone would bitch about a contest rule who never post here yet is very active across the street. Just hypocritical imo

If it was me and could tell who posts at the other site most of the time and not here I would ban them from the contests here. I don't go to the other site but I hear stories all the time that the posters who moved there are coming here to mooch in our contests without ever posting here or participating.

In theory you are right but in reality no. the problem is that the two websites and forums aren't mutually exclusive. You can be a member and participate at both if you choose to do so. There isn't any kind of law or rule prohibiting any one of us from being active or posting on or at both places. it makes no difference whatsoever. we are all free to do as we please. and if any SBR member is in good standing (by that I mean not banned and their account is still active) then it shouldn't really matter one way or the other...

I'm not privy to those sort of discussions but I think both are considered important in the long term.

I was told to be patient as there is a five year plan for the project when this first happened. I did not really expect it would take even this long but as far as I know they remain very serious about making SBR great again.
