Bovada has NDSU +1, BetUS has pk, Betonline pk, but the line is moving toward Griz which I don't get. I think when it gets closer to Saturday morning the line will come back the other way. But most books won't take larger wagers on the FCS so line movements have been quite crazy. MT st game a couple of weeks ago the line was moving full points back and forth in the final hours before kickoff.

North Dakota St pk vs Montana -110

I don't see Montana winning this game even at home. They barely survived Furman and if it wasn't for their return man who scored half of their points in regulation with a kick and a punt return for touchdowns they wouldn't have won last week. I highly doubt NDSU will kick to the guy, definitely shouldn't. To be honest I think NDSU wins this comfortably.
