SPORTSBOOK.AG Trying To Dictate My Bet!

Just now, went to take parlay Chiefs +13 and Under 40.5.......got a message that said "You cannot combine the Total and Line wager for the Chiefs vs. Steelers game. Please adjust your bet and resubmit."

So I fukked around with it and I tried Chiefs +13 and Over 40.5

It had no problem when I took the Over on the game but when I tried to re-adjust my bet back to Under 40.5 I got that same fukkin message again.

    Sportsbook.ag.....WTF!

    No. Opposite.

They are allowing over but not under on the parlay.

    OK.

So called and received this explanation...

Whenever the spread is 30% or greater of the total, you cannot play the underdog getting the points with the unders.

As well, you cannot play the favorite and take the over either.

So in other words......they do dictate the bets lol.

    They are one of them.

If I wanted, I could still take the Chiefs and Over or Steelers and Under.

those bets arent correlated they might be one of the books that you think you do it, because you obviously dont know the difference between correlated and non correlated parlays

Correlated is when one bet increases the chances of the other winning.

Oh so the Chiefs can't come out tonight and put up 40?

Or the Steelers can't win 27-13?

both are very real scenarios (lmao) but if the game stays under its more likely that the chiefs cover along with pitt and over. look good luck on your bets i dont have time to go back and forth with you

I'm sure that sportsbook.ag does not allow correlated parlays.

Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+) confiscates funds made from winning correlated parlay bets

10.11.2007 (11:10 PM CST)Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+) confiscates winnings made from correlated parlay bets dating back over one month. SBR is currently investigating complaints submitted by four players who were informed via email that thousands would be deducted from their balances because winnings derived from parlays where the legs of the parlay are "linked." Wagering on Under the total score and the Underdog spread would be an example of a correlated 2-team parlay. Some sportsbooks use their software to prohibit these types of wagers. SBR is also investigating a separate claim made by a player who states that over $80,000 was confiscated because he utlized different sportsbook websites within the Sportsbook.com family (Jazette ltd Group) of sportsbooks. This has been allowed and often encouraged by the different brands in the past. SBR will list updates for all Sportsbook.com complaints ranging from instances of incorrectly graded wagers to missing balances from sportsbook brands that defected from the Sportsbook.com operation to other white label services.
