    I did 3 months in jail without bond for all marijuana charges. some states NEED THE MONEY, especially Florida. hopefully soon things will change, it needs to, everyone in florida so crazy uptight, strung out on caffeine cuz they cant smoke weed legally,

    What state are you in? If your in NJ you can ask the Court for a payment plan. Probably best to save your money for that first payment.

    a possession charge in florida is not just a 300 dollar fine. Even the simplest possesion charge will run you at least 1000 to take care of. if it's over 20 grams or bagged up separately, you're phucked.

    Use the public defender, continue the case as long as possible and then set it for trial. You will plead out and pay a couple hundred for the fine. This will buy you a couple of months.

I was on probation and caught the new charge. gave me 3 months. wasnt much time at all, but were talking about cannabis here, a drug less harmful then caffeine I got friends in their 40s who served a yr plus for weed in florida....not anymore....but back in the 90's....
