When informed of this allegation by the Pac-12, USC investigated it immediately. As a result, the Pac-12 reprimanded USC and imposed a fine."

A slightly deflated ball (slightly the key word) is easier to throw and catch. At least that is my personal experience.

Yup. I dont have the largest hands and played QB. Always liked the ball that was just a tad flat. Made it a lot easier to grip. Especially in cold weather.

ND is a "much better program"...Uh.....not sure how to break this to you but losing on average, to your rival, by three touchdowns per game for a solid decade doesn't equal "better program". Now, if you want to talk about your fathers Notre Dame.........we have something to debate.
