Democratic stronghold up here in the northern part of the state. Most voters from southern parts -- Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, etc.

2 largest cities in wisconsin are milwaukee (one of the blackest cities in the country) and madison (one of the most liberal cities in the country). so yeah a swing state but most here expected it to go to obama
