I've always thought it was weird how 5Dimes seems to think that quality customer service is irrelevant to business success. I'm not saying they should be bending over backwards to kiss everyone's ass, but a customer service department shouldn't act so bothered and annoyed by the notion of serving customers.

In Jimmy's case, they've admitted to making a mistake and they know that the situation is being followed by people on multiple forums. The attitude that a professional operation would want to project is something like, "We apologize and are working to make things right for our customer," not some pissy email saying, "We don't really care about this guy or his business."

For a couple days, your account was credited + the fees but you didn't actually request another payout, and were posting instead. It's a simple one really, as soon as you submit the new payout request, the funds will be deducted from your account and sent to ya. If in light of the continued vitriol they'd rather pay you in full and disable your acct, I'm not sure we could help there.
