It's a great max risk free bet, but the average Joe isn't putting in $5000 nor making a $5000 bet, risk-free or not.

That's not true. I get free bets regularly at barstool and dk and i always get my stake back. Stake plus winnings. I dont understand how so many different people can have different results using these promos. Like the guy from CO that had his acct. confiscated after cashing out this promo. Not sure about non US residents but they allow non state residents for sure
All these books let you sign up and fund your account from outside the state. You just can’t place a wager until you are within the state border
