    Neteller ATM card Fees
As you prolly noticed there usually is a difference between the amount you withdraw to your debit card, and the amount actually shown there after.

Well 2 days ago i noticed its 4% missing, not 1.9%...
Here is Netellers answer to my mail:

The reason you see this discrepancy is because the 1.9% fee is shown twice. When you check your ATM card balance online the funds are converted into the currency registered to your NETELLER account and this conversion is done using the NETELLER rate which includes the 1.9% fee. Thus you were correct in saying that you saw 4% taken from your funds and not only 1.9%. That being said the 1.9% is actually on your card you just do not see it due to the double conversion using the NETLLER exchange rate. Our card provider will also charge a fee of 1.9% when you withdraw funds in a different currency at the ATM and we understand that this can be frustrating so we
offer to reimburse the 1.9% that we take when you transfer funds to your card. I have sent a request to my supervisor to refund you the 1.9% for the three withdrawals to your ATM card in the past thirty days. To receive this refund from now on you will have to send us an email with the date and
amount of the transfer made to your ATM card, and you account will be adjusted within 1-2 business days.

Bottom line: dont just accept the high fees, and send a mail to debitcards@neteller.com.
    They will credit it back.
