When you just had a shakeout and temporary bad losing streak, real variance, not Morono variance, leaving the game is the absolute worst thing you can do.

Reducing bet size is a bad thing to do as well. Reducing the number of plays is a bad thing to do, but if you really didn't manage your money and because of that letting the market ram it's schlong up your dikkhole, then either head for the two pick parlay section to reduce risk or, if it's that bad, reduce your unit accoring to the plateaus I've spelled out for you.
