    Youwager refusing to grade winning bet as a win

    You cannot make this up! Guy on phone says it's a system error and there's no guarantee it will be graded correctly...one problem after another with this book...avoid at all costs....this isn't the first time this has happened!

    They finally corrected....this isn't the first time it has happened. They purposely do it in hopes people don't catch it....every time they make me call in and wait on hold for 15-20 minutes then say hopefully they'll get it corrected. I'm getting all my funds out of this book and never looking back....what they're trying to do is robbery....then they always have CS reps that act like they don't understand what you're telling them..

    When they've pulled this on me now multiple times.....how many times did I not catch it? How many other people out there are they pulling this on that never catch it? Fukks are probably making millions off this scam tactic..when you think only 10% of people who bet offshore post on gambling forums...there could be thousands of the same stories nobody is hearing.     I had Cal +3 2nd H at YW, it was originally graded a loss immediately after game, but within 60 seconds, it was corrected, without me contacting them.

    dudley i've been betting with youwager for 15 years+ and they have been a first class operation the whole way.

    sorry to hear your experience hasn't been the same, but i can assure you it was just an honest mistake, and like i said it would be fixed quickly. no reason to post a thread about a grading error on a halftime bet, it happens.

    I've caught them multiple times now incorrectly grading wagers...not once were they corrected on their own. Each time I had to go to live chat then given the number to call in. How many did I not catch? How many did others not catch?
