I going to have to start wearing bifocals more often. I mistakenly wagered 400 on Ark.St.-- I got home late-- thinking I could unload at the half with H. Well, 4 minutes before kickoff I caught one those slippery chat persons [ slippery, because when you get lucky and reach one, they say hi and then it's goodbye, for 3 to 5 minutes] at H--I then inserted a question, asking if their was a limit and can you still play the special.
Okay, I got the affirmative answer, but only after waiting 3 minutes; now it's one minute to kickoff and I am not the best wagerer under time-pressure. Finally, I see the answer to the question I asked 3 minutes ago. The chat-person posted all the rules for me to read and here it is post-time, rather than simply answering the two questions.
Scrambling through those many rules I overlooked the 250 limit rule, so I quickly fired that 400 right away, afraid to miss out on the special.
Now it's kickoff time and I played the favorite team, Ark. Then the shocker about the 250 limits finally appears, stuck right in the middle of those lengthy rules. My heart sinks close to 3 inches because I do not know if I can dump 250 of my wager at the half. I soon asked for another chat person, and got a guy named Roger. I nervously asked the guy if I could still dump 250 of the 400 at the half. He firmly states , no, you cannot.
I automatically go into instant anger, plus, throw in some anxieties, too.
The question:I've had this problem before at H., but I am taking 80 to 90 % of the blame for this wager overload; why, just like I asked Roger, can't they put into the main promotion title of this special, the words in bold black and white: "LIMIT IS 250"!
Now, just hard is that? Anyone with decent eyesight would automatically realize that you cannot play over 250. That saves a lot of possible heartache, and also saves the chat agents from having to post those lengthy rules so often, because, in my opinion, that would be the # one rule you definitely need to know?
