They have a tendency to cut down anything that looks like a winning account within 100 bets. My latest account is down to $8 limits on major markets. :-)

Good books need good cashiers (ie. good convenient two-way transaction methods=an e-wallet, the gold-standard being Moneybookers/Skrill)...

If you arb of course Bet365 will limit you. Being with them since more than a year and a half, never been limited, despite betting heavy on LIVE.
I play horses too (already kicked off VCBet and heavy limited from SJ for this reason).
I had very good runs in the past but they never use any restriction on me.
(And of course no, I'm not down on my overall balance with them).

Volume is fine, what hurts them (maybe i don't know) is that too many people are either not aware how much better they are than let's say 3.65 for standard bets, or too stupid to realize how much they get milked at the shit books.

spoke to 5D's last night via live chat. They said u can request payout between 9am-1pm every Monday only WUnion and fees taken care of. If this is true sounds like a nice little perk

I have always heard BM is the top book but took a look at their fees the other day ...I think it was $65 min for standard check (prob like min amount too) that's not cool.

In the past I have used Bovada(formerly Bodog) and cashed out 4 times I think. They would FedX check to my door in no time. Thinking about opeing small account there. Never had any problems there
