    Deemer is correct
Arkansas is horrible. So that win means nothing. Baylor has some good players coming back and will stomp this team tonight. I see a 2 TD win for the Bears.

Auburn is pretty bad too, but their defense is an SEC defense and ULM scored against them. Plus Baylor record stinks on the road.

Good point about Baylor stinking on the road. But I just don't see Monroe having much of a home field advantage. I think tonight will feel more like a neutral field game.

ULM is gonna be fired up for this game, first home game i believe. Home dogs on thursday/friday nights have a very good record. I'm on ULM +10 (bought the 1/2 point).

Baylor looked atrocious vs. Sam Houston State until the 4th quarter, and that SMU win means nothing figuring A&M just beat them by 45 on the road.

I disagree with this. I live in Monroe, LA. This is the biggest game at Malone Stadium since the 80's (when they won the D2 National Champ). This city is fired up. The stadium is sold out (for the 1st time in forever). I would definitely not call this a neutral field game.

That being said, I think Baylor probably has the better overall team. ULM has played the better competition, Ark and Auburn are not good SEC teams. Auburn's defense is good, however.

The problem is that Baylor really hasn't played anyone so its hard to say how good they are. I like ULM to cover the spread, but they may not pull out the win.

I am not sure, I think a line of -7.5 is about right. maybe -8.5 for baylor. I see Monroe hanging around in this game, in till late. They have been playing great vs. some of the best teams in college football.
