Not sure what else the line would be though FR3. Gallardo is the Brewers' ace and Maholm's nothing more than a No. 4 starter. I'd say it's about where it should be.

brewers have won 8 straight gallardo starts

brewers have won 8 straight home games

16-2 at home and on a 17-5 overall run

and you're fading that for only +125 on a pitcher that's 0-2 against milwaukee with an era of 11.25 this year

I'm on Brewers tonight as well...

Im a huge Phillies fan and they are rolling right now, with that said I actually see a lot of value in JJ +140 tonight...

Hit the Phils hard last night, just going to watch as a fan tonight...

    thanks man.

just can't fade either of these teams right now or pass up the possibility of losing money, not backing them. Lee is back to his old untouchable self right now. 2 runs may just hold up for him today.

if Phils lose, will double up on Milwaukee cause i just don't see both of these squads going down tonight but we will see. have been wrong before and will be again.

yes the phillies and brewers are only 3 back but there are now 6 teams within 4 games of the wild card. and sooner or later the cards and dodgers stop losing, they have a 4 game series against each other starting today.

and the next 9 games for the cards after that are 6 against houston and 3 against the cubs.

10-9 cardinals and worse than that for dodgers (about the best you could hope for) would mean 14-5 for phillies or brewers to overtake them.

i stand by my post a few days ago, yes i've been betting the phillies and brewers but they have a very slim chance of making the playoffs.

i'm not going to find it so i dont recall verbatim but i said it then that your claim that the phils had to go 18-4 the rest of the way was completely ridiculous

and you realize that 10-9 is not a bad spell in mlb right? in fact thats pretty damn close to their record over the whole season. i'll take under 10 for the cards the rest of the way if you wanna make a point wager (are we allowed to do that?)

drinker, if the cards go something like 7-12 that probably means they lost 3 out of 4 (or all 4) to the dodgers, which would hurt brewers/phillies. certainly the brewers (and phillies) chances are much better than 2 weeks ago, i still think it's a huge hurdle.

how much do you want under 10 for?
how about 100 points straight up, 10 is a push, under 10 you win and over 10 i win (so you have under 85 total wins, that should be easier for us to remember)

Releasing for a points play doesn't feel quite as powerful as a normal release but satisfying nonetheless
