You're much better off playing at books that do not accept US players, even if their SBR rating sucks. I'd rather play in Vegas than an online book accepting US bettors, that simple.

Edit: However if you're options are limited to online books that accept US bettors, Heritage is not a bad choice.

Ok, now that the smoke has cleared, here are my adjusted rankings on these two Books.

Heritage: They didn't dare state to me that they will not be paying for the ** dep.! Wow, what's got into these Books? If they had been upfront--like a high ranking Book would be--I would not have dep. as much. Plus, more bs later I find out.

All football gamblers need to know this [again], you are a 40 to 1 shot of surviving the football season and still have your shirt on a no impending divorce papers in the mail.

So, if u really think you're smarter than the average Book...
Well, in today's USA market, they can be dumber than dumb and still win your hard-earned moolah. For instance; check and see if Brock L. has his pockets inside out right now?

Betdsi finally came through after 28 hours of frustration. Seems the teller left out a letter on one of those Hispanic weird names. Even though, they sent an email stating thank you for the dep., 2 1/2 hours after the dep., yesterday.
I think their supervisors went to a one-way vacation to Hong Kong, because there was no excuse for this nerve wracking event to happen, if they do their job. I had to reach chatline 10 to 12 times in those lost 28 hours. And, they always say "You came to the right place."

So their new ranking is B- and their C/S ranking is D-.

On to newly hard-ass Heritage. Their lines are better than average, yes, but nothing like last a year, or two years ago. They also had no ill feelings to the fact that, I thought, being a reputable Book [previously], they would cover that 65 [blank] fee.

Here the bigger issue. Does anyone know all their crazy messy rules, nowadays? Even their [yes dumb] chat people don't know them, or either do not understand English?
I was told I had a bettors [after I asked of course] rebate coming, which, at the time, gave me goosebumps on the back of my neck, I was so excited. Seems it's over a 100. Alright!

The kicker of course [Heritage, they've changed so much ], I find later....much, much later, you must dep. the same amount to get that [refund?] gift horse in the mouth.

Okay, after many chatline talks, and no explanation of their bonuses this season explained in detail, they finally confessed[ mind u after 7 chats or more] you CANNOT get that "tremendous" 20% reload if you take that refund half-gift.

I believe they offered an 8% bonus, but I was still in shock from all the bs I had seen out of a once, great Book, I was foggy headed.
So, after finally getting the low down on how much they've changed for the worst, I told them to "screw" that 100 rebate gift, and put me on the 20%.

They then explained, that they could not accept my funding method until I use another method first. The two favorites, I am sure we all know. And I'd sooner be water-boarded rather than having to use either one of those methods.
So, I gave in and went through that mental torture and was relieved it was over. Not hardly! When I found out that they were NOT covering the fee of 65, [after many chatlines again, trying to see if they did the bonus right, and they didn't], they goofed that too, I almost lost it! A 20% rollover and u pay the fees!

Believe me, it was like pulling rusty nails out of an old oak board just to get an explanation of their rules, especially those bonus rules. Finally, after hours of frustration and chats, I did get want was intended in the first place. That 20% , with 5 roll, I believe.

One chat gal had the gall to tell me on one of those many chats, that I could only get a 8% bonus since I never told them I wanted the 20%. And she kept insisting on that ridiculous offer, even after all those chats, where, I had asked for all the details on bonuses so many times.

So bottom line [u still there?]: their C/S sucks big-time..give them an D-, plus, their service combining with bonuses, they get a upgraded C+. That is firm.

A very valuable tip Mr. gamblers: Take your funds and withdraw them and use them somewhere you can have more fun and it will last a lot longer. Much, much longer.

These million dollar computers they have now--where line changes occur more often than JJ changes his mind-- are meant to give you no chance to win, or maybe, if you're lucky, that 40 to one shot?

With the measly bonuses they now offer, especially compared to their past ones, I find it hard to believe they are swamped with customers?
If they do have a huge clientele, then I bet they are mostly quick turnover, suckers, and that leads to chaotic headaches and red-tape [ I already witnessed that] , especially, when you have so many ambiguous rules.
What happened to the good old days, when Books served up huge bonuses and far less complicated rules?
This is sick, when you not only get small bonuses, but also pay fees for funding.

These modern Books now have the odds down to a science, where the combination of super computers, have the chances of a typical sports gambler having fun these days is about done for. To be perfectly blunt, a man might as well sit on his ass and play a game that has a higher winning percentage. The ol' reliable slot-machine.
