I feel abehonest is correct on many points..there is really on one Usa pro book and that is bookmaker...the rest is all vanilla joints including 5 dimes and heritage(the best of the vanilla joint). For 99% of bettors, this is great for them..for real money and betting..pinnacle and matchbook!!!!!

ABE---Why would they not pick up $65 deposit fee----$65 fee means you certainly sent over $300.

Unlike the fellow above you, who must have buddy connections with Heritage, that is little surprise I got stuck with after a more than double the 300 deposit.
Face the facts gamblers, you have little or no chance to beat these tightwads [all Books], especially the ones that have changed for the worse like Heritage.

Another thing I forgot; how could I? They have also switched to another death trap for gamblers who want quick, up-to-date software.
This software they use now is one of the worst I've seen. It looks like something from the 90's. Oh it's smart though, giving you another cruel infiltration course to hurtle, to have a chance to win a buck.

Trying to get to your correct page is work, especially when you have a "supposed" winner. It's almost like it was planned that way?
Simply put, they may be more trouble than they're worth?
    Yes, they stay at C+.

They have dropped in quality every which way but loose. Do not take them as a serious sportsbook any longer. If they are a B now [I think?], make that a solid C!

Explanation later, maybe? Unless you already know?
I agree with you that things have changed over there, but I think you may need to elaborate a little. I think their rating is fair where it is but why do you think they should be a C rated book? They always seem to pay.

Gosh Dimaggio8, for all the reasons above and the other explanations on this thread.

It's the new trend for USA gamblers, and evidently, they are getting by with it. I have no idea how it is with big stores like Pinnacle, but our stores are getting pathetic. Betdsi sure looks good though, with that 100%, when compared to Heritage and their 8% or 20%. Small bonuses and large rules! Plus, software built to make you work longer and slower, to play your wager.

Today may be the last day for that 100%??

We gamblers can go on strike, or continually do this......

If you know of anyone who beats the Foots these days, let me send them a congratulations card, addressed to, The Genius!

    Here's the latest from Heritage....
Got them dead to rights. Do they have a double-standard with selected customers? Check this chat conversation from 12 minutes ago.

[ME] I see u didn't give me a 20% bonus for the ** fee I was stuck with.
[Chuck] I'll be with you in just a moment. Please hold
[ME] I believe that is correct?
[Chuck] Let me check into this, please hold
[ME] A fee of 56, making it a total of 750 deposited.
[Chuck] Well I have on the 7th one deposit of $694.73 + $56(fees)
    [ME] = 750
[Chuck] Then on the 9th I have one bonus of 20% 8x of $138.95
    [ME] Gee Chuck.
[ME] Do u not get a 20% of the 56 fee that I paid?
[Chuck] The 20% applies only on the amount of the deposit Sir.
[ME Do u ever cover deposit fees?
[Chuck] We only cover the fees of the deposit on the deposits of $300.00 or more
    [Chuck] But only the fees
[Chuck] the bonus applies to the deposit amount, not to the fees
    [ME] Chuck, I sent 694 + 56 fee...u refused to pay!
[ME] Your bosses did anyway, refuse.
    [ME] 694 + 56
    Waited for 5 minutes..
    [ME] Chuck?

[Chuck]Yes sir, but the bonus only applies for the deposit
[Chuck] Does not aplies for the fees
[ME] U just stated u cover any fee over 300, right? Or at least 300.
Send Message: Yes sir, but the bonus only applies for the deposit
[Chuck] Does not aplies for the fees
[ME] U just stated u cover any fee over 300, right? Or at least 300.

C+ versus A rating for Heritage--that's the basis for this thread? Fact is they pay (which OP can't dispute) and if you don't like what they offer, then play elsewhere. Stupid fukkin thread.

You're stating that if they pay, they deserve an A rating?
HH, you better make sure they pay for your dep. fees when over 300. If so, I'll give them a double-standard rating?

Nope, moron. Just saying that they we both agree that they pay. Play there if you like what they offer--and pass if you don't. For sake of comparison ass-breath, I have no use for Legends (A+) and their vanilla lines. They pay like clock-work too.

the problem the OP is having the bonus is on your deposit and they will pay your fee if over 300

by your chat log , your deposit is 694 which is the 20% bonus and 56 dollars for your fees

if you wanted 20% on 750 then deposit 750...you only deposit 694!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I didn't want to lose that record of the chat. I copied it and pasted it before they might cut if off, or I lost it, also, I was tired of holding for long spaces. Chuck firmly stated they "cover all fees with a 300 dep!" That is what I wanted to find out.

They either have a double-standard [I've been suspicious] or, Chuck, like most of their helpers, do not know the rules? How about both?
And it would make sense if they actually paid the fees, then they would not do a 20% match on the 56 fee.
Are they discriminating some members with slower software and subpar deals?

Heritage will have to answer that question sometime this week. If any member is also getting free dep. fees over a 300 dep., please step forward? I believe I heard two members already state that they were getting that benefit?

I also understand they [Heritage] are aware of this thread, so why not just address this controversy and let's move on?

Fightin Illinois could make an honest statement if he would? I know he thinks they are grand.

FlyingIllini says: Best book in the business. Always has been, always will be, ese.

If you truly believe this, and not because you are not somehow, business-wise, associated with them, please tell me honestly, do they not have a double-standard when dealing with many members?

For one, do you think they offer better deals in one way or another to International players? Do you think they have two or three sets of lines to put a "special" members?
Maybe one for the "sucker," and one for the shoppers, or tougher handicappers? I asked this similar question to a Heritage Insider once or twice, yet he never answered. Or, how about the possibility of faster and more efficient software for special players?

Yes, I am a bit paranoid. But only if I sense good reasons. What gambler isn't paranoid, though?

Lol complaint really is not getting a bonus on the fee. Never have you gotten a bonus on the fee.

As for saying they didn't cover the fee is just out wrong.

This thread is a non complaint.

    I get your frustration Abe.

Too many chats like that one with CS can make you crazy. And it does feel like getting blood from a stone getting simple answers, or straight answers you can rely on.

But that's the same at DSI/Bookmaker and almost as bad at 5Dimes.

Greek is the only offshore I have used that treats customers like they are valued at all.

Not sure why you didn't just ask that CS rep directly to credit your $56 in fees as soon as they said they would cover them for over $300 deps though?

Or submit an SBR complaint. Sure they will fix it in 5 mins. Sounds like a simple misunderstanding somewhere to me.

So we have some cheery pickers on-board? If you're going to debate the idea behind this thread, are you allowed to skip over credible points of lousy communication and words that I have spoken as to why I was mislead?
When you call the C/Num. in, and have went through hell simply depositing through a **, then you do not want the supervisor or agent stating--when I asked about the fees--"we do not pay for your fees." I asked a blunt question and got an incompetent answer.
Now, I have just spent close to a dime, and now I have to pay for my own dep.?

It took 2 days or more to clear this up, using several chats! Meanwhile, I'm thinking they have a double-standard, and, am not too happy when chat agent CK [Monday, I believe], on chat, tells me "we cover all fees over 300."

No one mentioned the fact that the fees go directly into your balance!
And the other really moronic statement a couple nitwits have stated about any Book not matching your fees?
Oh, I guess they can't afford to do that? That would be outrageous anyway, that money is theirs now, gosh, what do you want for all this "free" entertainment anyway, a thousand virgins throw in too?

I say it extremely insulting and arrogant for all these Books to NOT match your entire fund! Mine would have cost them a whooping 11 biggins'. So, spend a dime or two and get an 8% or even a 20% match [with roll], but do not ask them to dare match the entire investment. Wow, for example, an 8% match, or a 20% match of 2 dimes worth of fees, would be [with the roll thrown in, too], approximately, one of these four charges:

    A.Transaction fee #1 is 160 fee charge and cheaper fee [B] # 2 is a 90 fee charge.

A.Transaction fee #1 at 20% match is 160 X 20% is an astronomical $32 match. Wow! My God, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
    A. transaction fee on #1 at a 8% match, is 160 X 8%= 13 matching clams. I definitely could not sleep with that large amount thrown into the gift package.

    B.Transaction fee #2 is a 90 fee, so, 90 X 20% for two dimes= 18 match.

    B.Transaction fee #2 at that same 90 fee charge at 8% match, is 90 X 8%= 7.25 match.

So when you spend that 2 dimes investment, DON'T EVEN THINK about asking for a match of the total amount sent in !
