I assume you're talking about Turnberry and Panorama. The HOA fees are ridiculous in those things.

So much better off buying a house.

Panorama has some of lower HOA's fees in Vegas High Rises

Trump Tower although 240,000 for a studio over priced but HOA only $315 per month (internet and tv included)
Gorgeous views even on lower floors, top shelf services

These houses though imo too remote...too quiet

Sure cheaper than high rises but I like the closeness to everything and the tight security that high rises offer

Also in between Summerlin and Henderson

I'd rather have the freedom of a house - away from the obnoxiousness of the strip.. and skip the HOA fees.

    Monkey many agree with you

I have done or do the house thing now..its fine but I want no property responsibility anymore

I want to see people also, see strip..see highways...ect..much more uplifting and all the towers tucked behind the strip or to the side of the strip

Don't you classify as a shut-in? So remote would be good for you.

Easier to make connections in a high rise and you also have a better class of people

Too hot in Vegas to enjoy a backyard or pool

    Blueberry real estate mainly

Anything nice and in a good location is not cheap

Tons of cheap houses otherwise but then lower class element invades it and also property values do not hold well in cheap areas

Anything close to the strip I think long term does well and anything in good areas will do well again
