Obama made a reference to Romney riding with his dog on top of the car, Biden and his "Chains" comment, and the attacks on Romney's tenure at Bain. These verbal shots are all carefully planned by the respective campaigns imo. Gonna be a dogfight to the finish.

    I don't think it's a good stance for Romney to take by saying these things. You get the people who are already going to vote in your way laughing and applauding for example this thread, but the undecided voters might not think its funny. Lose Lose situation here.

    In McCain's defense he was in a tough situation. First black nominee for President, George W's Iraq War, poor economy, and new energetic face on the scene.Sure he made some mistakes like his VP choice, but he was really up against the tide. Not a fan of his hawkish views, but he would have been a better Prez than Obama imo.
