    i get those scratch offs too from many different books and casinos. every one of them are winners, whether its $25, $50, or $100. you have to deposit a certain amount before you get your "free money". i just throw mine out.

    I called about the 100 mailer I got and the deal is the 10 times RO doesn't begin until you make a deposit. So if you build the $100 into 1000 and deposited $100, you have $1100 with a $11000 RO.
