    MLB Plus Money only thread

    Going to try a new thread here just for shits and giggles

    Will call it the MLB Plus Money Only thread

    No juice allowed

    Basically only playing MLB plays if they are +101 or better.

    I will try to find the good values at plus money on the board and run with them.

    With all the underdogs that win at MLB, I think its impossible to profit in the long run unless you hit the underdog and RL winners.

    This is just a thread for fun, so tail at your own risk

    ML Dogs are 7-5, RLs are 4-6

    Both are in good territory. At +150 or greater, you only need to hit 40% of them to profit, which is exactly where I am at for the Run Lines.

    Last night was the first night I bet them, but I forgot my wallet so I only had enough money to make 6 plays.

    Guess which 5 plays I made?

    Oakland Raiders

    Those went 2-3, while the 3 picks I decided to forgo(Marlins, Cubs RL, Padres) went 2-1

    most people don't apply Kelly Criterion properly...it's to bet TO WIN based on the perceived long-term yield ($ netted/$ risked)...that's all bets TO WIN (not the American hybrid of faves to win/dogs to risk)...

    if you're going to bet lots of dogs betting them to win (just as you do with your faves) will help greatly to weather the inevitable very-dry spells...volatility (and thus the likelihood of your account crashing) will decrease greatly if you do
