    Largest balance on Pinnacle?

    So apparently this guy has almost a million dollars on his Pinnacle account. You guys think he's legit? Even if it is legit, why would anyone be comfortable enough to leave a milli online? Is Pinnacle really that safe?

    I doubt it is real, big gamblers there for the most part are betting on credit. At least guys who are moving money beyond what an actual gambler looking to make money would move. Akin to these rich business men who sit down in these big buy in poker games, just because they have the money and can look halfway decent doesnt mean they have a real clue at what theyre doing they just have more money than they know what to do with and like the action more than the money.

    If you read what the guy is writing and his answers toquestions I doubt he won that much money there...

    But when Pinnacle closed up in 07 and they had a run on their shop it took them about 3 weeks to get me a decent 6 figure total pay out on my accounts I had there.

    Most of the big players with post up accounts don't deposit more than 20k. Kind of stupid leaving a big balance like that in a book that will give you no interest on that money.

    Sadly, most of the books suck. Sharp Sports Betting by "Stanford Wong" is the gold standard, and I wouldn't wipe my ass with that book. No one is interested in writing about this stuff, it seems.
