When you're battling for a spot at the tail end of the top 50, this is really frustrating. I'll get over this in 5 mins, but just steaming a little bit right now.

playing at pokerstars, i used to get chest pains with some of the brutal beats i took. worst beat ive ever had was quad kings losing to runner runner staight flush at a final table. smashed my laptop and punched 3 holes into the wall. never steamed like that in my life. its a sick sick game.

I feel your pain. Went "all in" with 2 other players. I had KK. Another player had QQ, and the third had 55. Q hits on the flop, 5 hits on the turn, and I end up with the worst hand of the three players. This game will drive you nuts.

Oh crap Ryan... just saw this thread. I'm pretty sure it was me that hit on my 20/80 on you this hand. I know I binked a underpair set on someone a few days ago and I'm guessing that was you. Sorry man, you know how it goes there.

Sorry it happened to you man, but this hand was pretty standard. I envy you though man. I started playing regularly in these things late (mainly from burn out from the world cup grind), and it looks like my goal will just be to get into the top 100. You top 50 folks are just running away from the field. Hope I get some run good in the qualifier... hell... hope I hit some 20/80s in the finals too! Sorry to everyone in advance!

Haha nah, it wasn't you. Wouldn't have been a big deal either way. It'd be hard to lay down QQ in that spot for anyone (especially when it is betpoints and not serious money). Was just frustrated for a moment is all.
