Okay I just posted this in the poker forum but thought it might not get anyone to see it so I am going to post it here in PT also. Thanks in advance.

I just got home from work and went to sign on to poker so I can sign up for the poker tournament and it wont let me sign in. My name was in and password was in just like it always in and I clicked log in and I got an error message that I never have seen before saying "Wrong User Identification" I thought maybe it was a problem with SBR but I saw people actually playing at one of the live games. Obviously I tried re-typing my user name and password and that didn't work so I re-downloaded the poker client and still the same message. Can someone help me with this. I want to play in the tournament at noon, thanks.

It sounds like you auto-save your forum PW on your browser and have forgotten what it is. Just reset your PW and log-in will work.

Thanks for getting back to me Lou. I don't know why it's not working. I'm able to log in and out of SBR no problem. I know what the password is. Anyways how do I reset it? I don't see anywhere on the client or poker page for this. Sucks I was unable to sign up for the tournament because of this. I have never once had a problem with my password on either SBR or SBR poker.

Thanks Lou. That was it for some reason. I couldn't sign into the sportsbook either. Was so weird. I never have changed my password since I joined SBR. Oh well I found where to reset it, did that, and now it works. Gonna have to win the 2pm tourney now to make up for it.
