    The main thing that should betaken from this is the importance of core strength. Without it, you are nothing. All of these guys have six-packs.

    C'mon really? your abs strengthen your back muscles allowing you to put more weight over your head.

    Hell I learned that early in High school, being taught me the importance of core strength when doing heavy weight on squats.
