    as far as best , it depends, there are hundreds of sites. Most sites take out too much money for themself. Best to find a local draft or people online and send money with paypal or however u want.

    Find a reliable person running league, usually 100% is paid out. I'm in a ton, none that high, though, $50 and $100 ones...

    CBS and Yahoo are ripoffs, too much money taken out of the pot.
