    mountain runs have to be absolutely brutal...probably only few % of the worlds population could even cycle up part of the course...the rest would have to walk their bike up...

    Iditarod has to be fukking brutal too...

    guys are well conditioned. for that length of time its a grind fot top athletes for sure.

    for a 1 day thing can't beat the ironman triathalon. I tip my cap to any average joes that even try that... the training alone is crazy
