Oh yes. And counting cards dont do anything. The hitting procedures make it so that even if you had a certain starting hand the next card that is dealt dont mean anything. You cant predict whether one side will take the low or high card or both sides or no sides. In blackjack you count to get a good starting hand 20 or bj. Here 8 and 9 is a good hand and there is endless combinations to make a an 8 or a 9. Example a/8, 2/7, 3/6, 4/5, 10/9, J/9, Q/9, K,9, A/7, 2/6, 3/5, 4/4, 10/8, J/8, Q/8, K/8. And that is just the startin hands now if you had small cards and needed hits it creates an unpredictable Outcome
