    I am going to back him.
    The only question in my head is which is better First Five or Game.
    I may split them down the middle. 110/116 makes it easy to take
    both equally.

    Like Cain from the standpoint that his catcher, Posey, will be behind the plate.

    It doesn't really matter who earned the right to start the game from a pure statistics standpoint,

    Larussa doesn't care anyway, he just wants to win the game. But Dickey get in there for early relief.
