I will bump this up because I didnt see so many comments.

But for all the guys pointing to 'injuries' or punches actually hitting. Wrestling has had more people suffer broken necks and a couple deaths in the ring that anything MMA could come close to getting. While some of the stuff in MMA/UFC actually takes place. I am sure some guys really get hit, and I am sure some do get hurt. It is just like what wrestling does to promote the reality of it.

So pointing to these things in the MMA doesnt mean shit, because wrestling has broken more necks and crippled mre people than most 'atheltic' competitions but tit sure as hell isnt evidence that it is real.
