Jesus Mathy, you've lost yourself. Making a thread today about how Jays vs. Angels could not go Over 10.5 - How did that work out for you?

Now you're trying to bash the CFL? Is this the first year you've watched football?

In the CFL you have 3 downs and have to go 110 yards. NFL is for pussies.

    Matty comment on this.

CFL is secondary to NFL. Professionally speaking of course.

    You're still watching the game.

Oh come on. This game was fun to watch. Especially when you have the UNDER.

Agree with this post - Put Indy vs Clev and you get 6-9 game borinngg

At least the CFL goes to the last minute every game. Nfl is getting better at the 4th quarter but still too much milking of the clock.

CFL starts slow b/c of the limited preseason by week 4 all games are good.

CFL is huge in canada. Very stable financially with a long storied history.

People who bash CFL are ignorant Americans and people who have never been to a live game.

Yes.. and Derek Rose and Lebron James are terrible...

NFL would NEVER let the CFL die... lots of loans in the past...

There is NO other place to develop players on the planet after the NCAA - You really think the NFL wouldn't risk a couple million here and there for the 2 dozen players they get every year from the CFL...

I don't understand what people expect from the national league of a country 1/10th the size of the USA. At 1 point 40 years ago, the CFL and NFL were equal in terms of pay/talent distribution until the tv market blew up and the CFL was limited by Canada's size. Different strokes for different folks.

I'll easily admit the talen is not the same (50% of the league is Canadian) but in a bizarro world given the choice, I'd rather NFL athletes playing Canadian rules then American rules. The NFl over the last 15 years has obviously been changing their game to be more pass-friendly, something the CFL has been for all of its existence.

I also love the fact that I can't feel safe turning off a CFL game with even 1 minute left. The 20 second playclock with with 3 downs just doesn't allow for running down the clock. The NFL allows too much standing around, like these guys are athletes, they should be able to run plays quicker.

    lol, CFL rules chumps!

Two feet in bounds looks so gay, and is a stupid rule anyway.

Ive always like the CFL but the best yrs are when there is a crop of quality QBS, this year the QBS as a group are average at best in my opinion and that hurts the product, you have 2 older non-mobile QBS in RAY and Cavillo, u have Jyles in Edm, Tate in Calg, Durant is an entertaining QB in Sask, Burris in Ham is Jekyl and Hyde never know what QB shows up, Lulay is BC is a Grey Cup winner but has not much experience.

I like the CFL rules and the wider field and larger endzones, the single has always been debated but its been part of the game forever.

CFL is definitely bush league and not as good as the NFL but I still enjoy watching it. Most games are always exciting and the CFL is a well run league in general. Easy money betting it too as most bookies have no idea how to make lines for it

I agree Dennis. I can watch anything if I have money on it.
