    Yep, Titusville 9 miles away had the first oil well ever drilled... colonial drake....

    I worked in the refineries every summer of college. 95% of that has been plugged up now....Everything got moved to Shreveport and Texas as far as the headquarters.....

    having the national headquarters in our hometown was awesome, because every year for oil heritage week, all these pennzoil and quaker state sponsored drivers would come into our town to show their cars and funny cars and show up at events. Our neighbors, the Marshall's used to have famous driver's over to their house for dinner during that week...

    I hated all that shit, I was just into Bo Jackson, Michael Jordan, Dan Marino and Frank Viola at that point in my life

    Lived in a small town in North Carolina call Chocowinity until i was about 13. Very small town, one stop light and we were the only asian family in the whole town, owned a Chinese restaurant. Moved to the BIG city of Raleigh north carolina. Enlisted in the marines after high school for a couple years. Lived in 29 Palms California while i was in the Marines. Went to NC state after that in Raleigh. Graduated in textile management. Now own fried a fish take-out in Raleigh.
