    Was looking for fox and the union fee case. I agree, these things are almost impossible to perfectly word. Boscoe you are right, the mandate is the part challeneged (tho it is large enough where part OF IT could be adjudicated on).

    I sit in a room ful of smug attorneys. Id love to find a "fair" line and just juice the hell out it and take thier action.

    Those 2 decisions already came out. SCOTUS ruled against FCC and against the unions.
