    Major milestone will be done by the end of the week

    I will be under 300 pounds by saturday.

    Playing tennis 2 to 3 hours a day non stop for almost 2 weeks and guzzling water. Yep still eating some junk but not as much. Might be surprising to some but not to the people that know me. I can actually see my upper ab muscles. Probaly losing some muscle too since i don't get alot of protein in me except for cheeseburgers and fried chicken.

    Im in serious pain with my hip and look arab with the sunburn but i guess i'll take it. I probaly won't be at the bash. Won't know if i can go until 1 or 2 weeks before the bash and im sure tickets will be way up or sold out. Not even sure evansville indiana even goes to vegas.

    Time to go walk 2 miles and ride the bike today.

    ps: take wash + 1 1/2 , yanks + 1 1/2, angels + 1 1/2,

    You can easily lose 1lb a day by only eating one can of soup per 24 hr period.

    I like to do it before I got to bed that way I'm not hungry while trying to get to sleep.

    I think I'd lose a lot more than 1 pound if I only had a can of soup... You'd lose maybe one pound if you were just laying in bed all day. If you are walking around and exercise an hour a day like you should then you'll lose 3-4 pounds like that and probably be pretty weak.

    u can lose 1 pound a day on low carb also, doesn't mean it good for you, even if losing weight.

    Don't have any goal, whatever happens, happens.

    And i can cover the whole court, side to side speed is my specialty, running forward and bending over to hit
    shots is harder imo, but by then the point is usually over.

    I wouldn't mind taking some hgh, but never inject anything.
