Bulls having trouble up here in the market and it is starting to look like a little bit of a roll over situation today. I did pick up some IWM shorts as I front ran my 220 number at 219.85 earlier this morning with puts that expire in mid march.
Nasdaq is already down, SMH, IWM, and now the SPY are dipping lower, next up is the transports and I would be looking out below today. Only the financials are looking OK. The bull bear battle isn't over just yet, but the Bears are lining up inside the red zone for a score here, and it may get a little ugly this afternoon if the bulls can't play goal line defense in the next hour or so.Comment -
taking a little gamble here on the SPY calls that expire tomorrow. Price is a buck so I'll buy 20 of them as a little watch and see play here for the end of today. Either they rescue or the market has some problems.Comment -
So my little gamble so far isn't really working out but my larger short plays with IWM and QQQ puts is killing it. Looking around the charts shows me that the QQQ is looking bad, the SMH is looking worse with a outside reversal candle. IWM got pounded with a outside reversal almost candle. Financial are just doing OK but the look isn't good for just about all of the other indices I use to read the tea leaves. It was a gap and crap day alright and it took until around 2:30 for the SPY to catch a bid and a little relief going into the close.
So all in all, the way things are going lately tomorrow will start with a shake out operation before getting another rip you one sideways rescue. That's the way it has been lately. Its a rodeo and trying to ride the bulls are getting to be a bumpy ride, if we get the early dip, I will lighten up slightly with the QQQ and IWM puts but they will get added if the ride back north happens.Comment -
I picked a good week to take off from work, this has been a fun ride...
I see some technical upside in SPY like Slurry so I grabbed some SPXL calls FD style...
I didn’t see any pattern to swing me one way or another on Small caps or tech...
of note, dark pool money bought this dip today, going into OPEX tomorrow who knows but I think they still give a false sense of security going into Xmas so I’d rather be contrarian until everyone feels bullishComment -

Its going down like my 1st wife, balls deep to the base. I think there will be some turn around right about now at the 458 spot on the SPY. The rescue operation will come, but it has a long way to go and probably wont make it to even today.Comment -

yeah, I was kind of hoping to be on autopilot this week, but it is starting out and moving right to some recent low marks in the market and if they tank it, it can get bad. it is more likely that the market puts in a low point and marches back the other way. probably a rip you a new one rally but who knows maybe not I'm looking around and it doesn't seem like it will happen. That usually mean that the rescue will happen however.Comment -

So once again I pretty much nailed the low of day and I hope you all bought your favorite SPY related item from the stock market. If you did, and didn't sell yet that means you have the house money ready for tomorrows action.
After 5 egg nogs and being away from the screen since this morning when predicting the turn around, I pulled out my crystal ballz again to see what is going to happen and the vision is really clear here. I think we all see it too if you stop and look at how things are. The futures as I'm typing this are already up a couple of bucks in the SPY and tomorrow they are trotting out Brandon to tell people all about the omnicron BS. I just know they are going to goose the market and tell people don't worry things are great its not that dangerous. Its all bullshyt but who cares it will be the catalyst for something that has everything stacked up to happen from looking at the charts. This will send the SPY sailing into Christmas so I'm selling late Wednesday (partly because I have to on the call options that expire on Wednesday) but mostly because who the hell knows what will happen after Christmas. Snowballer has a tin foil hat event coming that sounds pretty bad so be ready.Comment -

I just did a little research into 3 companies (I believe to be mostly exploratory). Desert Mountain, Avanti, and HECOF. All had significant mid year spikes, and are down now significantly.
Anyone here have any prior experience and insight.
If you read this article/promo you'd think it's a no-brainer.

OK so 10 dollar run on the SPY since I told ya to buy ain't bad for a couple of day's work. Be careful, Biden can F up anything he touches, and he may intend for to goose the market today and totally F that up and send it plummeting. So if your in the SPY ride now, keep your finger on the sell button. $462 is a pretty good resistance level, so if things go right maybe take some off at $462 and keep a little bit just in case they get a little rocket ride later today into the close and tomorrow.Comment -
