I agree and may get aggressive selling in the money calls on everything I own.

Musk in deep shit, even if he gets the money, it won't be enough.

He has to show he had the money or that some kind of deal was done BEFORE he made the tweet.

Money after the fact may be irrelevant. There is an SEC violation here without a prior deal of any kind in place. Even letters of intent or memorandums might suffice.

I bet it was a coke or ambien tweet, but knowing him...he just does dumb shit on twitter. Really dumb. Shit that can get you put behind bars for fraud and market manipulation.

Remember when he bought that $25m(around that) worth of stock pre-market at around $300 awhile back, hmm is he really that greedy he would pump and dump his own stock? IMO, yes.

Let alone the whistleblowers and all of the other shit, I could go on and on. Claiming Tesla was putting bad batteries in the vehicles, fudging production numbers.

Look at all the executive departures this year/last year. Would you wanna be part of this when it all falls down? Neither would I.

This has the trademarks of a Penny Stock Pump and Dump, however extremely more harmful and on a major, major scale.

(Also - if it really was “funding secured” at $420, why was there not an 8k filing? My guess - THERE IS NO “FUNDING SECURED”)

I picked up some Aug 17 $330 puts at $376 area on Wednesday. Up 188%, but I think this has more legs to it, perhaps even back to the $300 level before those puts will expire.

I shorted the aug 31 $400 calls figuring even if he has some napkin financing she won't get over $400. But I also bot some stock and did a covered write expiring today. I could use a up day but I could see this guy selling off into the close. Why would traders want to sweat the weekend?

I may be wrong, however, many here on SBR are looking for the fast nickle instead of the slow dime in investing....
