Headed to vegas, need some advice!

    Whats up guys,

Been MIA from this site for a while. Had to get some life stuff in order but now I'm back and ready to provide you all with an EPIC degen Vegas thread.

My trip will be from Monday July 2 - Sunday July 8

Ive booked my flight already through the delta website.

Got first class tickets roundtrip for $912.20 per person

I know delta first class isn't exactly the best but I figure If i lose it all in Vegas at least I get to come back in style.

    Couple plans/questions.

The only poker I will be playing is WSOP event #59 which is $1,000 buy in (lowest in the WSOP) so I'll try to bink that for some cash but other plans include Bungee Jumping off Stratosphere or Paris, renting mopeds and going to PAWN STARS (love that show) and going to a gunb range to fire some sick guns.

As far as questions I just want to know if there is something i MUST do while in vegas or an eatery i have to go to

Basically all the good places to go and stuff to do and food to eat i wanna do it all and a week should be a good amount of time to get alot done.

Also I plan to gamble at least 60% of the money I'm bringing sports betting so I would also like a list of everyones tope 3 sportsbooks and why

BTW I'm staying in Ceasars Palace the entire time I'm there, got a sick offer of 5 free nights, $200 cash and $50 in food comps so why not lol

    Thanks for the help guys!!

5 free nights, $200 cash, you must have lost some serious coins in Harrahs fine establishments

$900 on plane tickets is nice.

Are you one of those big timers that despite being absolute bigtime still finds the need to stiff betpoints?

If your asking advice what to do on a trip it is very very poor planning on your part

Red Sox go enjoy yourself and do not rely on strangers to fuk up your trip

ALWAYS...and i say this without cracking a grin....ALWAYS check for rooster and balls before having girls go back to your hotel/casino room etc... they are sneaky, but especially sneaky in vegas

If you are staying at Caesars grab dinner at Rao's. There is a bar in Forum Shops called PJ something that makes a strong burger. The Rio opened a Chinese joint that has amazing Dim Sum. My favorite restaurant in the city, Raku, is in Chinatown. Well worth making reservations and taking the wife for a meal.

Caesars actually has a decent book and I know they were starting to implement in game betting last month.

    Good luck and enjoy.

I suggest first honoring your losing bet and making that video of you breaking your laptop and burning your last $400. Guess you thought if you just disappeared people would forget what a little girl you are.

    On a more serious note,

I heard the Stratosphere Sky Jump is stupid and too expensive, I'd pass on that.

I went to the Pawn Stars store last time I was there, I would go just to say you went, but don't expect to see any of the guys from the show there. It's a lot smaller in person than it looks on the show(its really just one narrow corridor with shelves on both sides of the store) and you can't even take pictures in the direction of the counter where they write people up and do the "behind the scenes" banter on the show. I still was able to sneak one in anyway. I bought souveniers from there. But the pawn shop is what you make it. Don't go in with huge expections and it will be fine, also I went around 3:00pm on a Wednesday and still had to wait about 20 minutes to get in. So plan to wait in line.

I have visited the sportsbooks and honestly I hate the books at Caesers/Bellagio. Too small and too few of chairs. I like the bigger books with more chairs. I could care less about the quality of the chairs, who cares about quality if they are too few in number? A lot of the jerks sitting at the sportsbook chairs at Caesers/Bellagio aren't even playing and are just taking up a chair/table just to take one up. My favorite books were the ones at the southern end of the strip: MGM Grand, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay. They were large with plenty of chairs and not too crowded with squares/people not betting. MGM Grand is big but can be hard to find. It has kind of a U-shape. Had my best day of my trip at MGM Grand. Luxor was probably my 2nd favorite, its big enough and the chairs are plentiful and it wasn't too crowded. Not a lot of squares/randoms there, just people who want to play. Mandalay Bay was my #1 though, the biggest and largest and nicest.

Mr. Lucky's 24/7 diner at the Hard Rock has a dinner that is not on the menu. You have to ask for it from the waiter, if I remember correctly, $7.77 and you get like a 12 oz strip or ribeye, shrimp, baked potato, salad, and dessert. One of those perks, that's strictly a word of mouth thing. They don't advertise it, it's a secret, someone has to tell you about it. I had it, and was great.
