Hes quit more times in the playoffs than he's choked. In fact I think Kobe has quit in games so he can tell himself a loss isn't on him. It's hard to call a guy a choker when he's got 5 rings. You can't succeed every time..sometimes the law of averages has to take over.

no, i definitely disagree with that. u calling kobe a quitter?
haha, maybe he is a quitter, he quit against the suns a while back

i dont understand wat 5 rings have to do with some1 choking ..............
did kobe "quit" down the stretch against okc? no, the dude choked.

kobe is human, he chokes from time to time.

Lebron is the best basketball player since Jordan, and he most likely will be the greatest player of all time. He's had some rough episodes in his past, sure, and he will have some rough times in his future, but to deny his greatness is just dumb.

    Disagree

He's the best athlete we've ever seen. Not the best basketball player and I'd love to see how he performs as he ages. When he can't use his speed / strength to get to the rim we'll see if he's truly a great player or not.

You may be right about the aging process but right now it is unbelievable. He has been the most statistically efficient player the past 5 season (if not more) and defensively he guards centers to points, whoever is a threat. I have never seen a player so fukkin raw at this game. It's mindblowing at times.

That I can agree with. He's a physical specimen unlike we've ever seen before.

If he was as mental tough as physically he could probably go down as the greatest ever or at least challenge for the spot. Unfortunately, although redundant, he lacks that killer instinct many people mention. If he had what Kobe has with that skill set, that would be the scariest thing ever seen ....

That was one of the most incredible single performances under the gun in a playoff with elimination on the line that I have ever seen. In EVERY department James was off the planet. The kids legacy is secured.

jordan dropped 63 on the c's when bird was completely healthy and he embarrassed every celtic throughout the game....which basically makes them like 99.9% of all other players....dumars was the ONLY player who ever had any success guarding jordan

bird is a top 5 player ever but that's silly...best all around is subjective based on what youre looking for...like you said he could basically play any position and played inside and out but you could argue that magic is automatically the guy because he won championship mvp's as a 1 and a 5.

LMAO @ pat o'brien...also rip orlando woolridge

Well I could post videos of him blocking Jordan's shots of course no one could really shut down Jordan with the exception of Calbert Cheaney but Bird guarded him better than most guys. Magic was versatile but Bird and James much better players

one on one Bird got the best of Jordan Jordan could not guard him at all Bird would force him to shoot jumpers at least
