    Wel they have the main room that has 4 sections.

    1) cash game
    2) satelites
    3) daily deepstack tournments( every 4 hours prize pool 100k+)
    4) smaller tournaments

    Other 2 rooms host the major events. IE events 1-68

    The WSOP is a "pain in the ass" because the Rio does such a terrible job of running it. Nobody would be begging for comps if they had some sort of card swipe system in the ballrooms. People "beg" for comps because that, along with greasing the floor's palm, is the only way to get one. I'm not surprised your friend doesn't like the series because many of the employees make it clear they don't want to be there.

    Event #2 down to final table. Andrew badecker and vanessa selbst making serious runs at another bracelet.

    Ps rio did a lot better job these days with comps. They have a point system for tournament entries. Nothing for cash game yet though.

    This is actually one of the smallest $1500 events in years. First event usually has 2700-3500 players. Only 2100 this year. It did start earlier and on a monday holiday.

    Payton good luck. I just got back home but i plan to be back in vegas later this month. Event 53(sat),54(sun), and 56(mon). Its a good weekend to go play.
