I bet SBR book doesn't even carry the series line. Joke.

Edit by SBR Lou: May want to actually check next time. Clown.

Bass works better with Rondo than Baby Davis did.
Bradley was deep bench and did not play last year,
so no loss there in the comparison.
Pietrus, Dooling, Stiemsma, Hollins are superior

that's only because they didn't try. it's all about the playoffs.

Boston sucks and is lucky to have even got past godawful Philly

Heat roll in 4 or 5

They didn't really try in 2011 either, they just had much better team

back to the original topic. Is Miami overpriced ?

    Consider the CBS poll.
Who wins the NBA Eastern Conference Finals?

    41% Celtics
    59% Heat

What does this really mean? All it says it that there's a lot of Heat haters out there

I'm a heat hater myself and if I didn't have money on them, I would absolutely love to see them lose but you gotta keep it real. It's the old banged up team going against the best team in the conference with the 2 young horses

Does nobody else see how on point garnet has been and the fact that Ray allen hasnt been good and boston has still won should be scaring people, not pushing them away. Rondo is the most valueable player to his team in the league (with the exception of rose maybe) guy walks threw tripple doubles. With that said I got my money on boston +8 in game one

Boston +8 could actually be good, but it is not the point of this thread. There is no way Boston beats Miami 4 times out of 7 straight up given the current state of each team.

Boston just finds ways to win man, while the most talented team in the league in the heat find ways to loose.

It aint hard to find a way to beat Philly with homecourt advantage, Heat tortured the Knicks and Boston and the Knicks this year are about equal

What if Wade and Lebron go down with season ending injuries?

Happened to the Bulls top two in one series and they lost to the lowly sixers. Not likely to happen but still possible. Maybe a crazy celts fan will pull a nancy Kerrigan/ Tanya Harding and take out their knees

Heat turned the corner in game 4 v indy. Bos is garbage. Atl was better then them and philly could have beat them. The only smart thing they did was win there div to get home court or philly would have beat them. Mia in 5 games. I can see mia blowing out bos at least 2 games maybe 3.

How did the regular season games go between these two (when Bosh was healthy)?

Here's how games 1 and 2 play out.

Game 1 the Heat will blow the Celts out. The Celts will look futile and their starters will sit lots of the game. Heat cover easily.

Game 2 the Heat are only 3 point favs. WTF this must be the easiest line possible!!! Make sure to pound the Heat! Guess what, Celts appear to be a different team, they win and/or cover.

If you want to play the Boston series line then play it after game 1. If you want the heat, put 50% down pre series and hope you can put the other 50% after game 2 at a better value.

celtics own the heat. trap defense results in close games. +7.5 is a gift from the books in any 1 of these games

How much does regular season really matter though? Boston and Chicago went 6-1 against Miami in regular season and 2 - 8 in post season last year

Miami is just on another level when they want to extend themselves in terms of intensity and effort

If Rondo decides to drive to rim on a regular basis, Heat are in trouble. This will be a tough series. Boston has gotten in Lebron's head. I'd like to see a Boston/Spurs final so KG and Duncan can square off.

I can't believe the heats' Series price is still going up. Income tax checks should have already been spent by now.

I couldn't resist not putting a unit on Boston for the series. I wouldn't be surprised if they win the first game because Miami comes out cold..

If they played this series 10 times, the Heat would win 9 or 10 times. There is plenty of value in Heat -500.

But before the Philly Game 7, Celtics to win against Heat series
was +295 at 5D. That was only 2 days ago, now it's +410,
    with nothing new of consequence.
