    I decided to help support my new MMA gym by doing their fitness challenge class. I was told the class would be lead by a really great Muay Thai kickboxer ... it was ... and international playboy playmate. The girl on the right is Lauren Sugihara. Undefeated fighter and fitness coach at 303 Training center in Denver Colorado. This is her weigh in pick for her upcoming fight tonight. Google her if you want to see more.
